Cancellation Policy

1. Software Development Projects:


• Pre-Development Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your software development project before the work has begun, you may do so with no charge, provided that no formal agreement has been signed, and no services have commenced.
• Mid-Development Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be liable for payment of the work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-refundable deposits or fees stipulated in the agreement.
• Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our designated customer support system.

2. API Reselling Services:


• API Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your API subscription at any time; however, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service period.
• Prepaid APIs: After activation, prepaid API services are non-refundable.


Refund Policy

1. Software Development Refunds:


• Project-Based Refunds: Refunds for custom software development services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the project has been partially completed, we will assess the work done and provide a prorated refund based on the milestones achieved.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin the project. There is never a possibility of receiving your deposit back.
• Change of Scope: Changes to the scope of a project may incur additional costs, and refunds will not be provided for previous stages of development.

2. API Reselling Refunds:


• Refund for Unused API Services: In case you cancel your subscription before activating the API, you may be eligible for a refund. However, once the API is in use, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
• API Downtime or Errors: While we strive to ensure consistent API uptime and functionality, we are not responsible for any downtime or malfunctions caused by third-party providers. Refunds will not be issued for API downtime unless specifically covered in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Refund Processing:


• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our support system.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and credited back to the original payment method or via another method agreed upon with the customer.
